Xfm Session – Wolfmother

added 28 October 2009 at 15.36

Andrew Stockdale and co. visit Xfm to give us a sneak preview of new album ‘Cosmic Egg’.

Wolfmother have been through the ringer recently. Two thirds of the line-up buggered off after promoting their debut album, leaving chief mother, Andrew Stockdale, on his own to steer the ship. Luckily, Stockdale pulled ‘Cosmic Egg’ out of the bag, got a few new members and put things spectacularly back on track.

While swinging through London, Wolfmother called in to the Xfm studio to run through a few songs from the new album. It was loud. There was a lot of hair on display. It also rocked. Hard.

Listen to the session again here:

  1. Loved Wolfmother's first album and was upset when most of the band decided to wonder off. LOVE that Andrew carried on, these tracks are awesome, god bless rock and roll
