Spinal Tap Bring Stonehenge Back To Glastonbury
Plus, Jarvis Cocker joins the band for 'Big Bottom'...
Rock legends Spinal Tap have wowed Glastonbury on its second full day by recreating the legendary 'Stonehenge'. In the spiritual home of King Arthur and the Vale of Avalon, Tap paid tribute to the mystic world of Olde England by rolling an inflatable triptych onto the Pyramid Stage during their set this afternoon (June 27).
The hard rockin' trio of David St Hubbins, Nigel Tufnell and Derek Smalls were then joined onstage by Jarvis Cocker, who played bass on the infamous 'Big Bottom'.
The band also paid tribute to the late Michael Jackson, with bassist Derek Smalls saying, "If it wasn’t Michael Jackson, there would be no Spinal Tap."
