Snow Patrol Reveal Best Of Details

A double set of greatest hits will arrive in November...
Snow Patrol have unveiled details of their new Greatest Hits album. 'Up To Now' will be a double set featuring thirty tracks from the Irish band, and will also be available as a 3-disc set, feauring an accompanying DVD.
The album will feature hits from the band's 15-year career, such as 'Chocolate', 'Chasing Cars' and 'Spitting Games'. "It's a portrait of us as a band, warts and all," says singer Gary Lightbody. "We've climbed a hill and now we’re looking back and taking in the view for a bit. It’s nice to show people that we didn’t just arrive overnight."
The DVD will feature two documentaries, previously unseen live material and their animated film, 'The Lightning Strike'. A limited edition heavyweight box will also be made available as a strictly limited edition and each box will be numbered and wrapped in cloth, with the first 100 boxes signed by all band members. The box is available from www.snowpatrol.com.
