Glastonbury Pays Tribute To Michael Jackson

The festival - along with the rest of the world - reacts with shock at the news of the star's death from a suspected heart attack last night.
The death of Michael Jackson last night (June 25) has caused shockwaves around the world, especially at this weekend's Glastonbury Festival. The "King Of Pop" was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles with a suspected heart attack and was pronounced dead at around 10.30pm UK time.
As Glastonbury was gearing up for its first full day, the news made its way around the festival site, causing much shock and disbelief - after all, Worthy Farm seems to have a "death rumour" every year. But, once the news sank in, stalls and stages started playing Jacko songs in tribute.
Tweeting on Twitter, festival organiser said, "So sad to hear the news about MJ. There will be tributes all over the site all weekend. A truly great artist."
Also on Twitter, Graham Coxon of Glasto headliners Blur, added simply, "It's... sad", while electro popper Calvin Harris paid tribute by saying, "I can't believe it, Michael Jackson rest in peace."

I couldn't believe this morning that Iain on his show was hesitating to play MJ!!! 'Normally MJ would not be played on this radio station' haha! You're playing freaking Lilly Allen - how come she's more alternative than Michael!!! 95% of the music played on XFM is worse than any Michael's songs (apart from Monsters of Rock and a few others)!!
