Carl Barat Joined By La's Man For Camden Crawl Show

This year's event rounded was off with a trip through the Libertines back catalogue...
The 2009 Camden Crawl came to a stunning end on Saturday night (April 25) with an impromptu set from Carl Barat, Jon "The Reverend" McClure and former La's frontman Lee Mavers. Playing the mini-festival's after party at Dingwalls were a rotating pool of musicians, including Barat, Mavers, McClure, Babyshambles' Drew McConnell and Dirty Pretty Things' Anthony Rossomondo.
Barat, Rossomondo and McConnell played the Libertines' classics 'What A Waster', and 'Time For Heroes', before Mavers took the stage for renditions of two tracks from the La's' self-titled 1990 album; 'Son Of A Gun' and 'Feelin''.
Earlier in the festival, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Maccabees and Kasabian rocked The Roundhouse in a special show for MTV, while elsewhere The King Blues, The Fall, Echo And The Bunnymen and The Temper Trap all played sets across 40 venues.
Friday night's headling slot by The Enemy at The Roundhouse was cancelled, however, due to illness. Idlewild stepped in to cover the slot.
